Close your eyes and escape into ultimate bliss. This massage is done seated on a chair, with a focus on the upper back, neck and head. Hair oils are also used in this treatment that will leave you with a feeling of well-being

Feel the stress melt away with a deeper pressure and specific area focused massage. Some fascia stretching will be done to help ease into the area. This type of massage can release some emotions that have been kept deep inside. And an emotional realse will sometime happen. Deep tissue massage is done with little to no oil, or a massage cream

I have been doing bodywork for just over 10 yrs. I was always massaging friends and then one day someone said “ you should get paid to do this.” So I first took a Spa Therapy course at Sprott Shaw College back in 2007, however due to life’s crazy events, I wasn't able to complete the programs practicum and receive my diploma. So I decided to work in the retail industry clothing industry as a Visual Merchandiser and Store Manager, where I gained great amounts of experience dealing with employees and customers. At the end of 2018 I decided to really pursue bodywork again and enrolled in Vancouver School of Healing Arts Bodywork Therapy program, where I recently graduated with an honors diploma.
I really enjoy making deep meaningful connections with clients, and truly believes that energy and trust play a very important role in bodywork
